A sweet pastry case filled with vanilla custard, a hint of lime, slightly poached strawberry compote and generously decorated with fresh local strawberries.

Note for Christmas order : due to the potential strawberry shortage for christmas, fresh strawberry might be replaced by fresh local blueberries if needed. Hopefully we will have enough strawberry this year.
