Cancellations and Refunds

We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you purchase from La Patisserie. However, we understand that sometimes things change. Due to the nature of our products, there are some restrictions regarding refunds and cancellations and all cancellations are subject to the owner’s discretion.

Our products are made lovingly by us using fresh, quality ingredients. Each product is made individually and we work hard to prepare for your order. Some ingredients will be ordered or created in advance, especially for your cake. For this reason, if you have ordered a bespoke cake and cancel within 7 days of the collection/delivery date we will only refund 75% of the cost.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AGREED COLLECTION/DELIVERY DATE.

Once picked up, the customer accepts all responsibility for the transport of any cake. We will not give refunds if there is a mishap during transit once the cake is with the customer. We are happy to deliver cakes if you prefer but for collections is the customer’s responsibility to take care when transporting their cake.

Refunds requested due to quality or flavour will only be determined at our discretion, and based upon the returned cake. We are unable to provide a refund for a cake that has been eaten.
